We humans are creepy creatures; we fight, kill and destroy. Yet, there are people who are willing to sacrifice themselves in order to make this world a better place. I struggle to understand humanity; I'm unsure whether humanity leans toward good or evil. Humanity is so much a mystery to me and I wonder if is it possible to find another species as cruel and loving as us. I once heard that as humans, we can be easily triggered and feel envious of those younger than us; some individuals are reluctant to see their descendants surpass them or achieve greater success. I am scared to think that my elders share the same mindset. 

Two weeks ago, I caught up with a TUF alumni who gave me some useful advice. She suggested me to take the Lpat exam so I did.  I originally planned to take the DSE English exam and aimed to get 5*. I don't think this goal is easy to achieve, and passing the Lpat exam is much difficult than getting 5* in DSE. I feel stressed.  Right now, I need to focus on improving my English and studying for my exam. Therefore, I plan to write random blog entries to sharpen my English writing skills.  If you ever spot any grammatical mistakes in my writing, please let me know.
